| Description | IMP-1088 is an inhibitor of N-myristoyltransferase 1 (NMT1) and NMT2 (IC50 = <1 nM for both human enzymes). It prevents rhinoviral replication without inducing cytotoxicity, and inhibits co-translational myristoylation of a specific virus-encoded protein (VP0) to block viral capsid assembly. | ||
