| 生物活性 | TAK-659 is a potent spleen tyrosine kinase (syk) inhibitor under the development of Takeda Oncology, with potential anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, and antineoplastic activities. TAK-659 may inhibit the activity of syk, which abrogates downstream BCR (B-cell receptor) signaling and leads to an inhibition of B-cell activation, chemotaxis, adhesion and proliferation. Phase I/II for the treatment Acute myeloid leukaemia, phase I for the treatment of Breast cancer, Gastrointestinal cancer, Head and neck cancer, Lymphoma, Non-small cell lung cancer and Solid tumours was on-going. | ||
