  • Biological Activity
Description Conglobatin is produced by the strain of Streptomyces conglobatus. It has a unusual, dimeric, macrolide dilactone structure with pendant oxazole groups. It exhibits an IC50 of 0.63 μg/mL in a NFAT-dependant transcription assay. It has no antifungal, bacterial, protozoan and tumor activity.
