Description A-779 is a peptide antagonist of the Mas receptor, also known as the angiotensin (1-7) (Ang (1-7)) receptor (IC50 = 0.3 nM in a radioligand binding assay). A-779 attenuates the potentiation of bradykinin by captopril in rats.
