Description | Norclozapine is the major metabolite of Clozapine. Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic medication used in the treatment of schizophrenia, and is also sometimes used off-label for the treatment of bipolar disorder. The major metabolite, norclozapine (desmethyl-clozapine), is pharmacologically active. | ||
