Description Pipamperone dihydrochloride is a hydrochloride resulting from the reaction of pipamperone with 2 mol eq. of hydrogen chloride. It is used as an antipsychotic. It has a role as a dopaminergic antagonist, a first generation antipsychotic and a serotonergic antagonist. It contains a pipamperone(2+).
