Description ZD-4190, a substituted 4-anilinoquinazoline, is a potent, orally available inhibitor of the vascular endothelial cell growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) and of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signalling, with broad-spectrum antitumor efficacy. ZD-4190 is one of a series of VEGF RTK inhibitors that may have utility in the treatment of a range of histologically diverse solid tumor types.
