BAY 60-6583 decreases fMLP-induced superoxide production in neutrophils at low concentrations (1-10 nM) and attenuates infarct size in a mouse model of myocardial ischemia, suggesting that it may be beneficial for the treatment of disorders in the coronary arteries, atherosclerosis and ischemia-reperfusion injury. | ||
