Description Wnt Synergist, QS11 is a cell-permeable purine compound that binds GTPase activating proteins of ADP-ribosylation factor (ARFGAPs), including AMAP1 (Kd = 364 nM) and ARFGAP1 (Kd = 620 nM) and acts as a broad specificity ARFGAP1 inhibitor. Wnt Synergist, QS11 has also been reported to block the migration of AMAP1-overexpressing MDA-MB-231 cells (86% inhibition at 2.5 μM).
