| Description | Pranlukast has an anti-inflammatory effect on bronchial eosinophilic infiltration. Pranlukast is now widely used in the treatment of asthma. Many clinical studies have indicated that pranlukast is well tolerated and is effective in reducing bronchial hyperresponsiveness and allergen-induced bronchoconstriction.
