| Description | AU-15330 is a novel, highly specific and VHL-dependent PROTAC degrader of SWI/SNF ATPase components (SMARCA2, SMARCA4 and PBRM1) that shows preferential cytotoxicity in enhancer-binding transcription factor-addicted cancers at low nanomolar concentrations. AU-15330 induces potent inhibition of tumour growth in xenograft models of prostate cancer and synergizes with the AR antagonist enzalutamide, even inducing disease remission in castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) models without toxicity. | ||
